Custom Orders

Please fill out the contact form on our "Create a Basket" page with the following information:

  1. Type of Service (Gift Basket/Box, Gift wrapping, Shagun Basket, Bridal/Wedding Baskets, Party Favours, Corporate Order, Personalized Items, etc.)
  2. Budget 
  3. Date Required
  4. Any additional information in regards to the items you would like or information about the recipients preferences.

Full payment of your order is accepted via EMT or Credit Card (via website and invoice). The details of your order are confirmed once full payment is received.

Pre-Curated Gifts

If an item in our pre-curated baskets is no longer available, we will happily make a replacement with an item of equal or greater value!

Pick up or Delivery

Free Pickup from Cloverdale, British Columbia.

Delivery is available at an additional cost of $20.00 throughout the lower mainland (within North Vancouver to Abbotsford, British Columbia). If you require delivery outside of this area, we may be able to accomodate that depending on scheduling and new delivery quote will be given.

All areas across BC and Canada can be delivered via Canada Post and we can ship to the USA, just input your delivery address at checkout for the shipping quote.

Completion of Orders

Please allow a minimum of 24 - 48 hours for a response to your inquiry (all though we aim to reply as soon as possible!)

All orders require a minimum of 3 -5 business days for completion.

For large orders, please allow 7 - 10 business days for completion.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I change my order once it has been confirmed?

  • Unfortunately, no changes can be made to personalized items once the order is confirmed. We can make changes to add items to the order but that will delay the completion date and additional payment will be required to confirm the changes.

Can someone else pick up my order for me?

  • Sure! The person that you authorize to pick up the order will be fully responsible for the order once it has been picked up. Additionally, you will need to provide the person's full legal name and they will be required to show a valid picture ID for pick up.
