Substitutions

We pride ourselves on supporting small-batch and local artisan businesses by including their products in our gift boxes. As a result, certain items can become unavailable on occasion and without a lot of notice, especially during Covid-19. In the event an item is unavailable at the time of your order, we reserve the right to substitute an item of the same type, of equal or greater value, and as close to your original item as possible. We will not substitute an item unless the quality and aesthetic meet our extremely high design standards. 

Notecard Instructions

A complimentary notecard with coordinating envelope is included with each gift box purchase. The notecard may be delivered either blank or with a handwritten message of your choice (Limit 150 characters). If you opt for the handwritten notecard, please specify your desired message in the "NOTES" section at checkout. 

Pick up or Delivery

Free Pickup from Coquitlam, British Columbia.

Delivery is available at an additional cost throughout the lower mainland (within North Vancouver to Abbotsford, British Columbia). If you require delivery outside of this area, we may be able to accomodate that depending on scheduling and new delivery quote will be given.

Gifts with Spirits, Beer or Wine

By purchasing our gift baskets, you are verifying that you and the recipient(s) are 19+

Shipping

We offer shipping all across Canada and the USA. Simply, input your delivery address at checkout for the shipping quote.

Completion of Orders

Please allow a minimum of 24 - 48 hours for a response to your inquiry (all though we aim to reply as soon as possible!)

All orders require a minimum of 1-3 business days for completion.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I change my order once it has been confirmed?

  • Yes, we can make changes to your order after it's confirmed. However, due to the nature of personalized items cannot be changed once the order is confirmed. 

Can someone else pick up my order for me?

  • Absolutely! The person that you authorize to pick up the order will be fully responsible for the order once it has been picked up. Additionally, you will need to provide the person's full legal name and they will be required to show a valid picture ID for pick up.
