KICKIN' CHICKEN

A little salt, a little spice and a whole lot of POW!  If you want to kick up the flavour of your average chicken dish, Gourmet Inspirations Kickin’ Chicken is what you need.  

It is a balanced, warm, flavourful spice rub that is neutral enough to work in all types of flavour profiles from Italian and Mexican to Asian and American and everything in between. Of course, that means it is also perfect for any meal where the poultry is the star!

Yes, chicken is in the name of the spice mix, but don’t let that limit you. Kickin’ Fish doesn’t sound great, but if you use Kickin’ Chicken on your fish, it will taste great!  Just sprinkle some of this rub/spice mixture on your fish before you cook it and you will have a lovely seasoned fish dish. 

It is also a great seasoning blend to add to various sauces and casseroles.  Mix some into your cheese sauce when making mac and cheese, or sprinkle it on top before you pop it into the oven.  

Eggs are also enhanced with the addition of some Kickin’ Chicken Rub.  You can scramble, fry, poach, or boil your eggs - cook them however you like - just finish them off with a light sprinkle of this seasoning and your inexpensive protein will taste like a million bucks!

The reality is, in most situations where you would add a sprinkle of salt to finish a simple food dish, you can sprinkle Gourmet Inspirations Kickin’ Chicken rub/seasoning instead.

It has a bit of salt already of course, but it will also add another layer of flavour making simple food simply better!
