Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

At Muse Baskets and Co., every gift is thoughtfully curated and prepared to order. Due to the nature of our offerings, we maintain a clear policy to protect quality, safety, and craftsmanship.


Refunds & Returns

All orders are final sale.

We do not offer refunds or accept returns once an order has been placed. This applies to all curated gift boxes, branded collections, bespoke designs, food items, and personalized or made-to-order products.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet entered preparation or production.

Once an order has entered production or has shipped, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Custom, branded, and corporate orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable once production has commenced.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

For clarity, an “incorrect” order refers specifically to one or more of the following:

  • An item is missing from the gift box

  • A customization error occurred (e.g. incorrect logo, gift tag, etc.)

As part of our curation process, Muse Baskets and Co. reserves the right to substitute items of equal or greater value when necessary due to availability or seasonality. Substitutions made in alignment with the overall theme, quality, and intention of the gift do not constitute an incorrect order.

Changes in personal preference, taste, or recipient expectations are not considered errors.

To assist with resolution, we require:

  • Clear photographs of the shipping box and affected items

  • A brief written description of the issue

Eligible issues will be resolved through replacement of the affected item or an item-specific remedy, at our discretion. We reserve the right to replace individual items rather than the full gift box.
