The Portal is best suited to companies anticipating a minimum annual volume of 30 gifts per year.

There is currently no Portal setup fee, curation fee or annual membership fee. We develop your company-specific collection and private Portal experience as a complimentary service.

Is there a minimum annual gifting volume?
The program is intended for companies anticipating a minimum annual volume of 30 gifts per year. Applications are reviewed to ensure the service is appropriate for the company’s gifting needs.
Is there a fee to create a portal?
There is currently no portal setup fee, curation fee or annual membership fee. Portal setup and collection development are offered as a complimentary service. Branded products, custom stationery, ribbon and other custom materials are available separately and are not included at no cost.
How are portal orders paid for?
Year-round portal orders are paid individually when each order is placed. For larger corporate holiday gifting programs, Muse Baskets may provide one consolidated invoice. Production for a consolidated holiday order begins after the invoice has been settled.
Can our company branding be included?
Yes. Available options may include branded notecards, gift tags, enclosure stickers, custom ribbon, logo-applied products and other company-specific details. Brand assets and selected branded materials can be kept on file for use with future orders.
Can each gift include a personalized message?
Yes. When placing the order, your assistant or office manager can provide a recipient-specific message while placing an order. Handwritten notecards may also be incorporated into the approved gifting program for a more personal presentation.
Can our approved gift collection be updated?
Yes. The collection can be reviewed and updated as your gifting needs, budget or presentation preferences change. Seasonal collection refreshes can also be arranged throughout the year.
Can multiple employees use the portal?
Yes. Private access can be provided to approved team members, including realtors, assistants, office managers and administrative professionals responsible for company gifting.
Can gifts be delivered to multiple addresses?
Yes. We coordinate delivery to homes, offices and business locations across multiple addresses. Services may include Canada-wide shipping, Lower Mainland local delivery, scheduled corporate deliveries and bulk delivery coordination.
Can gifts be delivered to the United States?
United States delivery may be arranged depending on the gifts, destination and timing. Applicable duties and cross-border charges are paid by the sender.
