How soon will my gift ship?

Most of our ready-to-ship gifts are lovingly packed and dispatched within 2–5 business days from the time your order is placed. However, shipping timelines may vary depending on the destination.

If you’re shipping across Canada or to a remote area, or if your order is heading to the United States, we encourage you to email us at info@musebasketsandco.com to confirm estimated delivery times or request a quote for expedited shipping.

For U.S. orders, customs inspections and border holds may occasionally cause delays. While we do our best to ship promptly, these timelines are out of our control. Carrier delays can and do happen—especially during peak periods—so we always recommend ordering early.

Can I choose a specific delivery date?

While we always do our best to accommodate, specific delivery dates and times are not guaranteed and must be confirmed with us directly. If your delivery is time-sensitive, please email us at info@musebasketsandco.com so we can confirm availability or offer alternate solutions.

• Local deliveries: We can often accommodate date-specific drop-offs with advance notice.
• National or U.S. shipments: We recommend ordering early to account for courier transit times and unexpected delays.

You’re welcome to leave specific delivery preferences at checkout—such as a requested delivery date, gate code, or a heartfelt message for the recipient.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

At this time, we do not offer same-day delivery. However, next-day delivery may be available within Greater Vancouver for orders placed before 11 AM PST.

Our standard processing time is 2–5 business days, though this may extend slightly during peak holiday periods due to higher order volumes.

What happens if something in my gift is unavailable?

Each Muse gift box is thoughtfully curated with small-batch, artisan goods—exclusively sourced from Canadian makers and independent brands. Because we work closely with small businesses, some items may occasionally become unavailable with little notice.

Should a substitution be required, we will always replace the item with one of equal or greater value, while maintaining the gift’s integrity, aesthetic, and theme. Every detail matters to us.

Can I customize a gift box?

Yes! While many of our collections are thoughtfully curated and ready to ship, we also offer a “Design Your Own Gift” feature on our website—perfect for when you want to handpick every detail.

We also love collaborating on custom or branded gifts for weddings, client appreciation, team milestones, or events. Reach out to us at info@musebasketsandco.com and let’s bring your vision to life.

Substitutions

We proudly source our products from small-batch Canadian artisans. Occasionally, due to limited production runs, an item may become unavailable with little notice.

In those rare cases, we will substitute with a product of the same type and equal or greater value, while preserving the overall look, feel, and theme of your gift. We never compromise on quality or design.

Notecard Instructions

Each Muse gift box includes a complimentary notecard and coordinating envelope.

You may choose to leave the card blank or include a handwritten message (up to 150 characters). Please add your message to the “Notes” section at checkout or email it to info@musebasketsandco.com.

What address and phone number should I put for my recipient?

To ensure successful delivery, please provide the recipient’s complete physical address and direct phone number. Deliveries are made between 9 AM and 7 PM.

If the recipient lives in an apartment or condo, their phone number is required for access. Please do not enter your own phone number, as this may result in delays or a $20 re-delivery fee.

Alcohol Policy

In accordance with the BC Liquor Control and Licensing Act, we may include alcohol in gift baskets for recipients who are 19 years of age or older.

Alcohol is purchased directly from BC Liquor Stores at the time of your order, as we are not licensed to store it on-site. Age verification may be required at delivery.

How can I send multiple orders to different addresses?

You may place separate orders on our website by entering each recipient’s shipping details and personalized message at checkout.

For 10 or more recipients, please email us at info@musebasketsandco.com to request our Multiple Order Form. Once submitted, a member of our team will follow up to confirm your order and arrange secure payment. Please do not send credit card information via email.

How far in advance should I place my Christmas order?

The holidays are our busiest season, and many of our most popular designs sell out quickly. We recommend ordering early and selecting a later ship date at checkout to ensure availability.

Our Holiday Collection is available by late September. For large or custom orders, please contact us early to reserve your preferred products and production time.

Can our company open a corporate account?

Yes! We’re happy to offer corporate accounts for businesses looking to gift thoughtfully year-round.

Please email us at info@musebasketsandco.com to request a Corporate Account Application Form. Note: We are unable to open new corporate accounts in the month of December due to holiday volume.
