Do you offer delivery?
We pride ourselves in serving you wherever you are, from the heart of Vancouver's lower mainland to the far corners of Canada and beyond into the USA. All our exquisite gift boxes can be delivered right to your doorstep.
For those nearby, we invite you to collect your gift box or basket from our Coquitlam office, free of charge. To arrange a pick-up, please reach out to us at info@musebasketsandco.com to schedule a time that best suits you.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders typically ship within 2-5 business days. During peak seasons or special promotions, times may vary slightly. If you require a rush order, please reach out to us via email at info@musebasketsandco.com prior to making your purchase. Alternatively, you have the option to collect your order from our office in Coquitlam.
Substitutions
We pride ourselves on supporting small-batch and local artisan businesses by including their products in our gift boxes. As a result, certain items can become unavailable on occasion and without a lot of notice. In the event an item is unavailable at the time of your order, we reserve the right to substitute an item of the same type, of equal or greater value, and as close to your original item as possible. We will not substitute an item unless the quality and aesthetic meet our extremely high design standards.
Notecard Instructions
A complimentary notecard with coordinating envelope is included with each gift box purchase. The notecard may be delivered either blank or with a handwritten message of your choice (Limit 150 characters). If you opt for the handwritten notecard, please specify your desired message in the "NOTES" section at checkout. You may also send us an email with specific instructions and notecard message at info@musebasketsandco.com.
Gifts with Spirits, Beer or Wine
In purchasing our gift baskets, you assert that both you and the intended recipients are of 19 years or older. Upon delivery, the recipient will be asked to present suitable identification to our esteemed courier. If the recipient fails to meet the age prerequisite, the order will be respectfully returned to our premises, with no reimbursement provided.
