Each Muse gift is thoughtfully curated with small-batch, artisan goods sourced exclusively from Canadian makers and independent brands. Should a substitution be required, we will always replace the item with one of equal or greater value, carefully chosen to preserve the gift's integrity, aesthetic, and theme. What is your substitution policy?
We proudly source our products from small-batch Canadian artisans. Occasionally, due to limited production runs, an item may become unavailable with little notice. In those rare cases, we will always substitute with a product of the same type and equal or greater value, carefully chosen to preserve the overall look, feel, and theme of your gift. Quality and design are never compromised, your recipient's experience always comes first.

Where do your products come from?
Every item in a Muse gift is intentionally sourced from small-batch Canadian artisans, independent makers, and local brands we believe in. We don't carry mass-produced products. How does the complimentary notecard work?
Every Muse gift includes a complimentary handwritten notecard, because the words that accompany a gift are just as important as what's inside. You may choose to leave the card blank or include a personal message of up to 100 characters. Do your gift baskets include pricing or receipts inside the box?
Never. No pricing, invoices, or receipts are ever included inside your gift. The experience your recipient has when they open a Muse gift should feel entirely seamless and intentional, nothing to break the moment. If you need a receipt for your records or for corporate expense purposes, it will be sent to you directly by email.
What is your alcohol policy?
In accordance with the BC Liquor Control and Licensing Act, we may include alcohol in gift baskets for recipients who are 19 years of age or older. Alcohol is purchased directly from BC Liquor Stores at the time of your order, as we are not licensed to store it on-site. Please note that age verification may be required at the time of delivery.
